If we do not currently have a home available to fit your needs, please let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to find you a home. We may not be able to buy you the specific house you are looking at. But we can usually find one very similar. Pre-apply for a home by sending us an email including the following information and we will get back in touch with you.
Your name and phone number.
The area of middle Tennessee where you would like to own a home.
The amount of money you can come up with from any source for a down payment. (It usually requires a minimum of $5,000. so, if you don’t have it now, just start saving.)
The amount of money you can afford to pay monthly on a house payment. (We usually have homes with 3 bedrooms or more, and the payments are usually between $1,100 and $1,400.)
The number of bedrooms and baths you would like.
If a basement, garage or a fenced yard is absolutely necessary, or just a preference.
The number of square feet you need, if you know that.
If the age of the home matters, let us know the maximum age home you would prefer.
Any other details that are a necessity or a preference; close to a school, one story or two, etc.
